Strategy Director

I lead the Strategy Practice at Celerity, a consulting firm focused on enabling clients to pragmatically adapt to future environments. I am responsible for business development, end-to-end delivery of our strategy offerings, and serve as an engagement leader across multiple accounts.

AARP

Digital Strategy Consultant
In March 2016, AARP launched a beta version of Staying Sharp, a dynamic, personalized and holistic brain health platform. I worked with the marketing, product, and content teams to iteratively improve site functionality, enhance content, and develop new user interfaces. 

2010 - 2015

NRECA

Creative Director
NRECA is the service organization for America’s electric cooperatives and works to promote and support co-ops and to champion their business model. As part of the newly formed digital strategy team, I hired, developed, and mentored a group of content creators, visual designers, and multimedia producers to create content and design experiences for all NRECA events, marketing efforts, products, and services. 

2009 - 2010

NTI

Communications Manager
NTI is a non-profit organization working to prevent catastrophic attacks with nuclear, biological, radiological, chemical and cyber weapons. As part of a small team, I led daily communications and fundraising efforts across the organization, including managing digital channels, developing content, and maintaining donor relationships.

DC CAPITAL PARTNERS

Communications Manager

DC Capital Partners is a private equity investment firm that makes control equity investments in middle market companies that provide differentiated and innovative service and solutions in the Government Contracting and Engineering and Construction Services markets. I joined DC Capital at its inception and helped to develop the firm’s brand and offering materials and build out the DC office.

I managed all field operations, outreach, voter registration initiatives, and grassroots advocacy efforts in highly targeted battleground state, resulting in a win.  

2005 - 2007

IISS/ICLS

Research Associate

The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) is a UK-based think tank with a focus on nuclear deterrence and arms control. I helped develop the International Council for the Life Sciences (ICLS) from a $1.5 million IISS project into an independent, 501(c)3 and was responsible for research, program management, and communications efforts.
